Below is our newest update file for MinistryWare 1.2. Feel free to download and apply it. Please remrmber that all updates are cumulative. This means that if you download the newest update it will include all previous updates.

DESCRIPTION:

Reporting errors were finally resolved. Also many users were complaining about the contributions and expenses summaries. This update removes them from the program.

Some users reported errors when running the expense report. The speciffice error was "Syntax Error". Also some users reported printing problems with the roll sheets. These errors varied.

Some of the Income and Expense information from previous years still showed up after the end of the year. Also some fund balances where incorperating previous year data on the income and expense reports.

When trying to edit a Sunday School class you could change any aspect of the class except for the class name. When you tried to change the class name an error was generated saying the the class did not exist.

Once a member was deleted any transaction associated with that member could not be removed from the view contributions screen.

After this Update you can now delete transactions for a non-existant member by choosing "All" from the member list before clicking the "View Contributions" button.
